Standard Delivery - 2 to 5 business days (Royal Mail or Evri)
£2.50 for orders < £20
FREE for orders > £20
Expedited Delivery - 1 to 3 business days (Royal Mail)
£3.20 for orders < £30
FREE for orders > £30
All orders with expedited delivery, placed before 12am Monday-Friday (Excluding UK Public Holidays), will be dispatched on the same day.

- Please make sure your shipping address is correct when you make your order, as we are unable to redirect the parcel once it has been shipped.
- Please note, during sale times or busy periods, orders may be slightly delayed.
We want you to love your socks. If for any reason you would like to return your order, contact us at hello@tartanstudio.co, please provide the reason for your refund request.
Returns
We will provide a full refund, as long as:
- Your items are unused and in the same condition that you received them, and in their original packaging.
- You return the products to us within 28 days of your order being delivered.
To return your socks, please contact us on hello@tartanstudio.co and we will provide instructions.
Once we have your return and have inspected the items, we will send you a confirmation email and let you know the outcome of your refund request. If approved, you can expect a refund within 7 days of us confirming your refund.
Exchanges
Please note: we do not offer exchanges. If you need a different size or colour, please place a new order.
